Jamie Elmore-Kelly, CCIM has been in the banking industry for over 30 years, which includes more than 20 years in Commercial Real Estate lending.
Prior to joining Robb Capital, Jamie served as the SVP of commercial real estate lending for several banks in Houston, Texas. While serving as a Lender at Mercantil Commercebank, N.A. for 10 years, Jamie generated a portfolio of over $145 million. Jamie also served as First Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lender, for Chinatrust Bank (USA), where she established the bank’s Houston loan production office. As a Portfolio Manager for Bank United, Jamie managed a commercial real estate portfolio of more than $1 billion. Her primary responsibilities have included generating, underwriting and structuring complex commercial real estate loan and equity transactions. Loan types have included acquisition, development, construction, owner-occupied and income-producing properties. Property types have included land, office, industrial/warehouse, retail and multi-family buildings.
Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Houston, a chapter of CREW Network, a national association of women in commercial real estate. Through CREW Jamie is involved with the Outreach Committee which sponsors the Houston Area Women’s Center, the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Walk and an annual golf-a-thon to raise money for Girls Inc., in addition to other non-profit organizations.
